Ken Roht (producing artistic director)
KEN ROHT is a 2003 recipient of the Audrey Skirball-Kenis $45,000 TIME grant, his original works have been presented, granted and/or commissioned by Bard Music Festival (NY) the A.S.K. Common Ground Festival, Dept. of Cultural Affairs (Los Angeles) L.A. Cultural Affairs Department, Rockefeller Foundation, Durfee, Dance Theater Workshop, Flintridge, California Arts Council, KCRW, Center for the Arts/Eagle Rock and many L.A. theaters including REDCAT, Mark Taper Forum (mainstage), South Coast Rep, LATC, Cornerstone and Boston Court (received 2005 L.A.Weekly awards for composing and production design for his show Echo's Hammer, performed at BC) as well as the ER, where he has been a producing director of many of his own surreal song and dance pieces, including the beloved holiday extravaganza known colloquially as The 99¢ Show. He has choreographed for En Garde Arts and Gale Gates et al. in New York, Chicago’s Lookingglass Theater, Cleveland’s Great Lakes Theater, Seattle’s On The Boards, Long Beach Opera, and was twice a guest artist at Cal Arts. Roht was a longtime performer/choreographer with Reza Abdoh's Dar-a-Luz through out L.A., NY and Europe.
As a youth mentor, Ken has taught, directed/choreographed or guest lectured at Cal Arts, Occidental College, Cal State Los Angeles, Heart Project, L.A., Jefferson High (L.A.), Wilson High (Long Beach), Spauford Juvenile Detention Center (Brooklyn, N.Y.), RampArts (youth outreach in L.A.) L.A. Leadership Academy and more.
Mission Statement
The primary objectives and purposes of this corporation shall be: To build a human and organizational infrastructure that enables artists and production staff to create, present and promote original works in Los Angeles and beyond. Dedicated to innovation and experimentation in the areas of performing and recording arts, including music, film, opera, and dramatic and musical theater, this corporation will expose host communities to works of high artistic merit and integrity, enriching the cultural life of a widely diverse audience.

Sarvi Sheybany - President
Spent three years at UCLA working on administration of grants for early childhood education research. Now engaged in studying cinema and film production.
David Kelting - Vice President
David has designed and directed hundreds of productions of every size and caliber - from children's theatre to million-dollar industrials - in venues from Hawaii to Florida, neighborhood churches to The Grand Old Opry. Narrowly escaping a career in the advertising and dot-com world for a decade in the movie business, Mr. Kelting is tickled pink to have run off and joined the circus.
Michael Stringer - Treasurer
Michael is Senior Development Officer for a free legal services organization in Los Angeles, raising funds to support programs developed to help impoverished and abused children. As a writer and editor, he has also worked for Fortune 500 and publishing companies, and continues to collaborate creatively on film, television and theater projects.
Kat Meyer Smith - Secretary
Kat is Managing supervisor of a non-profit welfare organization dedicated to helping people in crisis. Before that, she was in television production as a coordinator and an actress.
Shannon Ggem - Co-Secretary
Shannon is a Los Angeles film producer with more than two dozen completed projects. She is a professional interior designer, spokesperson, actress and teacher.
